Alchemy's Mexican mole spice blend iscthevperfectbamountvof flavors and heat. It works amazingly for veggies, chicken and fish. This is my second jar. My first was a gift of no salt spice options. Though it is salt free there is no lacking in flavor. I don't miss the salt at all!
