I ordered all the various cinnamons on stock because I wanted to taste test them. All of them are very good and they all do have subtle characteristics that become apparent when compared side-by-side.

Bought this to use in rooibos chai recipe. Hand crush spices before brewing. Provides a wonderful strong sweet cinnamon flavor to the blend. Much easier than sticks.
