Use El Greco in place of oregano in pretty much any recipe. It's fragrant and adds to any dish.

My “go to” Herb mix for when I need a little extra love! Roast chicken, pizza, red sauce, salad dressing, you name it I put ElGreco in it! Adds just the right amount of yumminess to just about anything!
