I have bought Herbes De Provence from other venders in the past; but none of them had the fresh flavour that burst from the use of this one. It was extraordinary! I will be buying all my herbs and spices from World Spice from now on!

I sprinkle it on salmon right before I bake it. I also grind Hawaiian salt and grind coarse black pepper. Add a little diced garlic. I use the exact same seasonings when I pan sauté shrimp. Everyone loves the way I use these seasonings.

This is great with daubes, fish soups and other dishes from southern France. Best Herbes de Provence mix I’ve ever had. .
