Believe it or not. My town doesn’t have an Indian restaurant! I’m not missing a thing when I use my tikka masala or my Turkish curry powders. In fact, mine is better than I’ve had in the restaurants. Once you gain the technique, the sky is the limit!

Using the exact recipe I have used for over 20 years, I cooked my usual chicken dish with the tikka masala whole spices 2 days after I received it in the mail. The spices didn’t taste as strong, maybe because it was partially ground? I will use more next time.

A salt-free blend makes a world of difference in the kitchen. This is beats anything I can do at home. Used it in a paneer tikka masala. Heaven.
