I think this is the first time buying this spice or it's been a very long time. I seasoned some chicken thighs with this last night along with some sea salt and cooked them on my stove top griddle. While they cooked, I mixed up some plain Greek yogurt, a bit more salt, more Thai seasoning, and smoked sweet paprika (from World Spice of course. After resting the chicken I cut it into bite sized pieces and coated it with the seasoned yogurt mixture. Delicious! I'm glad I have leftovers.
