Description
We taste tested 9 different peppers from some of the best farms and estates across the country, and this one won out by far. She's complex and deep like nice wine, and still got a nice fruity heat in the back.

Floral & Fruity
Deep, rich, floral and fruity. Hints of cherry, plums and citrus. Of course deeply "peppery". I used it out of my mortar on a grilled cheese - fantastic with the fat from the cheese!

Black pepper is now my personality
This pepper is so delightful! The taste is fantastic and it elevates everything you put it in. I am a repeat customer, buying a chef bag/tin every year for the past 6 years and I have no plans of stopping!

Superb flavor
