Cast iron plate is well made and perfect size to use in my pizza oven and stove top. Quality makes it a long term kitchen tool. Counter stand is handy and once I received the missing hardware I will put it to good use too.

A searingly good pan

Worked great on a spatchcock chicken and a thick sirloin. Like cooking a pizza, you have to give the oven your full attention. Nice addition to broaden the usability.
