I use this for many things and I love it. It's great for breading especially shrimp is good for polenta and it's good for some baking as well. You can't find this grind in the grocery store so it's so nice to have a place to get it.

The best! I recommend their cornmeal over anything you buy in the box stores. Quality is primo and so is the packaging
