Superior red wine vinegar

Red wine is my go to vinegar and this one is the best I’ve used. I do like all the other flavors I’ve tried, esp the beer malt, but I always go back to the red wine. Has a delicate tartness that goes is wonderfully on salads.

It’s hard to find a red wine vinegar that is both flavorful and well balanced. That’s exactly what I found with my first order of American Vinegar Works. It will be my first of many orders I’m sure.
