This starter was the best I have ever used . I recommend it highly. It made perfect loafs ever time and is still active after 2 months

Fantastic starter. It's so fun to make sourdough pizza and bread.

I'm going to take a showered overhead for a little over a year or maybe 2 years now. It's a good starter
