Subtle and delicious

Most commercial rice vinegar clubs you over the head with acid or sugar. This one is very much like great sake…gently patient. I used it to make a smashed cucumber salad using Japanese cucumbers and sea salt. Most was gone before I could get it to the dinner table!

Best Rice Wine Vinegar

This is the best rice wine vinegar. I have a difficult time using grocery store bought rice wine vinegar now. The flavor pop from this vinegar is exceptional.
