Huilerie Beaujolaise Calamansi Vinegar

A delicious tangy vinegar that really adds to salads and summer marinades!

I love the flavor of Calamansy, and it comes through in this vinegar. But the taste of vinegar is too strong to use for a drink. I use a bit in my salad dressings; too much and the dressing is too sweet.
