I use this in place of salt in nearly everything I make. I make sure I have the large bag on hand at all times. It enhances the nuanced flavors in a dish that simply just salt and other spices don’t do for me. If I would recommend one thing to always have, it’s this!

Lake Shore Shallot an Herb.

Lake Shore Shallot and Herb is one of my favorite spices. It is wonderful on roasted or air fried vegetables, in casseroles, and on top of sour cream on baked potatoes. I have even using it for many years and use it almost every day.
