On the fence
Still on the fence with this one. No issues however I think it’s too early to determine its effectiveness/necessity. Currently take with MTV, Omega 3, collagen, Coq10 and Glucosamine. Will try for another month then maybe cut this one out.

Postpartum use
It’s been a great product so far. I’ve enjoyed taking it, and know it does help my body especially through the depleting postpartum stage.

Great antioxidant
Been looking for a great antioxidant to improve my mitochondrial health and love this one from needed! Great quality, good value for the high dosage and very thoughtful formulation.
