Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth

Love the idea of a liquid supplement. It has become a part of my morning routine and have introduced to my best friend whose Mom was a Mary Ruth! Eventually she will be living with me and I’m sure will become a customer.

I started using this product about a month ago. I couldn’t use it consistently because we went on vacation and you have to keep it refrigerated. But I know when I use it, I have much more energy and my skin is looking more healthy. I haven’t seen a difference with my hair growth but my hair is definitely has a shine and isn’t as dry. I think I will need to get the vitamins to take along on travel days. Thanks!

I’ve been using this every morning, taking my vitamins. And I exercise regularly now that I got permission to go back to the gym after having surgery. And I noticed a big change in difference and my hair is starting to grow in long. I love using this product thanks.
