Vitamins for Pre-Conception AND Hair/Skin!
I love how easy Perelel makes taking these in the individual packets. It makes it so easy to just grab them and go to a lunch meeting. I have also gotten so many comments from friends (who aren't even trying to conceive) who are asking what I'm taking because of my hair thickness and skin being so clear. Loving these so far!
I’m finishing my first month but I’m super sensitive to vitamins and these have been so easy to take, never make me sick or nauseous and so far seem to have a positive impact on cycle regularity. I love this brand!

Perfect vitamin
Great vitamin for prenatal needs. I originally started with another brand but stopped because it was expensive and provided too much supplement for my needs. My OB recommended trying another brand that had the recommended amount vs oversupply so I found Perelel. I love how easy it is to take and I don’t feel nauseous after taking the vitamins. The prepackaged pills make it easy for me to take it to go to ensure that I take my vitamins with my meals. Thank you for making prenatal care easy for me!
