I’ve been taking these prenatal for sometime. The original was okay but after a while I couldn’t stand the taste so I stopped and tried another brand. I ended up coming back because I felt the quality was what I missed. Now that they have a citrus flavor it’s so much more tolerable! Definitely keeping this in my TTC journey.

Feeling great taking these!
I'm super happy with my FullWell purchase. I feel very confident in the ingredients, where they're sourced from, and the data behind the formulation. I'm feeling great while taking them, and I appreciate that online ordering is easy to navigate and customer support is quick to respond (something most companies today don't invest in today). Overall a super smooth experience!
As a Registered Dietitian, this is my most recommended prenatal. I have a big spreadsheet comparing nutrient values and pros/cons of different prenatals on the market, and in my opinion this is one of (if not THE) best options out there. I love how much choline it has, which is hard to find in most prenatals. I also like that iron is a separate supplement and used as-needed on an individual basis since iron absorption can be inhibited by other nutrients contained in the prenatal, especially calcium and zinc. The only time this might not be my first pick for clients is when taking 8 capsules/day (+ more if taking omega-3 and/or iron) is simply out of the question for someone. On the other hand, there are some helpful tricks to make that a *little* easier—take with a thicker liquid, like a smoothie, chase with a bit of food to reduce vitamin-tasting burps, separate into 2 doses and take with 2 biggest meals of the day, etc.
As I’m beginning to plan for starting my own family, I’ve started taking this myself now too. It gives me confidence that all the nutritional boxes are ticked for a well-nourished body and future baby!
