After Taste

I like taking my vitamins as a liquid or gummy. I've always had trouble with capsules and never really felt any difference. My only complaint is the flavor. I can still taste the vitamins after the initial raspberry flavor. I'm not fond of that. I will add that I have been feeling better since I started taking Mary Ruth's vitamins.
