This was my third time having a baby but first time trying Perelel and I wish I’d found them sooner. I love the convenience of the individual packs (great for taking to the hospital / travelling), and love that it has everything I need. I feel much better post partum this time round too, and I feel like taking these vitamins has contributed to that. Thank you!

I’ve been taking Perelel since the beginning starting the conception pack. Now I’m on the mom support. It helps me feel confident knowing I’m getting everything I need. I also use the sleep support and the protein and they are pretty great. It’s the only vanilla protein powder I’ve ever been able to use that tastes fine. I wish there was other flavors, but what they have is still really good.

I feel like this has really made my postpartum so much easier to manage. I feel good knowing how amazing the quality of these supplements are! I would definitely recommend!
