These packs make it a no-brainer when choosing the right supplement combo! Easy to travel with being in individual packs so there’s no bulky bottles or medicine box to be packing around. Def follow the directions and eat with this supplements. I made the mistake of taking them in between meals and the nausea was worse than the first trimester nausea. Other than that, love them!
