Perelel protein is great because it’s clean, it does bloat you, and it actually tastes good. There isn’t that weird gritty texture like there can be with some powders. All around a staple product for me.

Best Breakfast!

I mix this protein in my yogurt and fix myself a morning parfait every morning! I’ve also mixed it with peanut butter and covered it with chocolate to make the best afternoon snack. It’s delicious and doesn’t leave me guessing with what I’m eating.
