Great multivitamin - beware subscription
Thoroughly enjoying this product. Easy on the stomach, and the mint essence is a lovely touch. However, be aware that the subscription service is a little flawed. I went over a week without as they just reship each month on the date you originally subscribed. There is no consideration for when your order is held up during the delivery process. Which I personally found quite frustrating when paying a premium price for a product.

Long time client!
I have been a client for over 6 years. I am very pleased with my pills. My only wish is that the company was a bit more conscious about plastic usage and the environmental impact it has on nature and people.

No major side effects or signs
Had to learn the hard way to take the supplement at night with a lot of water versus in the morning due to the digestion of the fishy oil, but once I switched it’s been easy to take, no side effects, and haven’t felt any brain fog or negative side effects. I haven’t necessarily seen my life drastically change from taking this, but trust the ingredients are helpful to my body and health. Easy to know when the next shipment is coming, pause if needed, and packaging is great! Nice quality.
