great for starting a vitamin habit!!

I am currently on my third month using Ritual Women's Multivitamin and absolutely love it! I have previously had a hard time staying on track with taking multivitamins, whether that be gummy or pill form, but Ritual has changed that for me! It is so easy to see my little Ritual bottle in my medicine cabinet every morning and take my vitamins without having to worry about feeling light headed or nauseous if I don't eat before. I would absolutely recommend this line of Vitamins to anyone.

I love this brand! It has made a difference in my morning routine. I actually want to take this vitamin. I know it’s a great product, it’s a clean product, I know what my money is buying me, and I know I won’t ever stop taking it because of the quality (unless they sell or change the formula/transparency of the ingredients).

Easy to Take

II have consistently encountered issues with multivitamins causing stomach discomfort, particularly when consumed on an empty stomach. These supplements provide convenient ingestion at any time. While the requirement of taking two capsules per dosage is a minor inconvenience, it does not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the product.
