I use it as a coffee creamer. It’s delicious and doesn’t have an artificial chocolate flavor. I also use it in smoothies or flavored milk drinks. It mixes well in hot coffee, but stirring or frothing in cold liquids can be more difficult, with some clumping and foam that requires occasional stirring while drinking. Some settling does collect at the bottom of the cup, but a quick stir fixes it just fine

I've never had a protein powder that didn't make my stomach feel like it has a brick in it until trying this one. Easy to digest, helps me with cravings, and is delicious!

This is the best Protien I’ve ever had. It’s like having dessert. I have it in the morning for breakfast and at night for dessert. I just use one scoop of Protien with fruit and ice for a smoothie. Sometimes I’ll add spinach.
