I bought a small pack to try each flavor. This was my picky son's favorite flavor. He doesn't like to drink water so this is a great way for him to stay hydrated. He took it with him to soccer camp and felt great.

So refreshing and delicious! This is my favorite flavor but they are all good. Convenient to add to water and I love that it’s not in wasteful single use packages. Fits my health goals by having very very modest amounts of sodium- most people don’t need that much sodium unless you’re severely dehydrated, sick, working outside in 100deg, sports, etc. Loved this postpartum while breastfeeding!!
