Good Hydration, Strong Taste Though
I like these electrolytes because of the clean ingredients; my only critique is that the grapefruit tastes pretty rough. I couldn't drink this for most of my first trimester because I just couldn't handle the smell/taste, but in the second trimester they are definitely in my daily routine!

Through pregnancy & breastfeeding!
Love this product. It’s my go-to in the AM to prepare for a day of breast feeding for my little one. I feel so good after it! I don’t like the added sugar or sweetener in other brands. Needed is actually good for you and so refreshing.
