can’t live without these
not to be dramatic… but i can’t be without these hydration packs!!! whenever i don’t have them i totally notice a difference in how i feel. my husband has even started using them too! highly recommend

My Favorite Hydration Pack
When it comes to electrolyte hydration packs this one is my favorite. Pure ingredients. Not too sweet or tart. Blends well. Refreshing flavor. Great for on the go use. I've been using them throughout my pregnancy and plan to continue afterwards in postpartum and beyond.

Most used supplement!
I have used the electrolyte packets, my entire pregnancy and now postpartum. They have an incredible amount of electrolytes without all of the added sugar and taste great. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for additional electrolyte support during pregnancy or postpartum!
