Although the packet mostly dissolves, it does not dissolve easily (I used a frother), and there are bits on the cup and at the bottom. The taste is fair - definitely has a stevia taste, which I personally am not a fan of. I will finish the package I bought and go back to the tablets alone. Grateful for the variety, and I see this works well for a lot of people, so that's good.

Taste and smell horrible
These vitamins taste and smell horrible. I don’t notice a difference taking them vs the Jamieson one a day, except I think I got more sick. Plus you have to take so many more pills. Honestly brutal. When in my first trimester I had a resurgence of vomiting when taking these so had to stop until I was well into my 2nd trimester. I will only continue taking these to finish the bottle since it was so expensive and they do not offer refunds. Won’t recommend these to anyone.

Very difficult to take due to the very bad smell, for a pregnant woman this should be thought of because we often have nausea and with this strong smell it is impossible to take it
