ICEE Blue Raspberry & Cherry Electrolyte Drink Mix

Recently went on a trip and forgot to hydrate. I started cramping while getting off the plane and immediately started drinking my Instant and was good to go in 2-3 minutes! Better alternative to the sugary sports drinks inused to drink.

Tried a small pack of the ICEE flavors and love them; I had watermelon flavor yesterday and raspberry this morning, and all are equally good, it just depends on flavors you like and what your electrolyte needs are—IH has the most potassium, and my muscles like it!

Got this at a great discount and probably thr brst tasting hydration stick ive tried. Still salty but sweet enough to hide a lot of the salt taste compared to other brands. Would buy again!
