I’ve been taking perelel throughout my (first) pregnancy. I really appreciate the long list of support this prenatal offers, including methylated folate, choline and DHA. I especially love how it adjusts your mix depending on which trimester you are in. Makes me feel like I am supporting not only my baby but myself. My only complaint is that some of the pills in the 2nd trimester pack have a bad smell and 5 pills is a lot to take, but otherwise it gives me reassurance that I’m getting all that I need.
