Liposomal Magnesium Complex

Love taking liposomal delivery products for better absorption. The taste is a bit odd but not terrible at all, but still vitamins so there’s some grace! Tastes better cold than at room temp. Definitely recommend!

Solace in the evening

better sleep and liquid!

Taking any kind of capsule or tablet before bed is really difficult for me. They always seem to get caught in my throat and there they sit. Can't drink too much water before bed either so this makes the most sense for me. Taste could use a little improvement but on the whole this is great stuff!
