I have irregular cycles and have been using these in conjunction with adopting lifestyle changes. So far so good!

Easy to take, but weird bitter flavor

I’ve taken several different forms of inositol and I like that this one I actually feel is working in my body. Took a powder one for months from Amazon and literally felt like it was a placebo…nothing happened. I like that this is different. My only complaint is that it has a very bitter pill take. Luckily I get them down fast so it’s not deterring me from continuing use.
