I have been taking this for about 3 weeks consistently. My hair has new growth, it’s thicker, it’s healthier its been great for me. I also take the Multivitamin +. I alternate, even and odd days. I feel great!

The tase is amazing. I can’t really give it a great review because I have not seen any results yet It has been less than a month but I can’t say it’s not shading like it was so that’s a plus for me I’m going to purchase another one so I should start seeing some results until my next review
