I feel really good knowing where the ingredients I’m putting into my body are coming from. Additionally, Ritual was very quick to answer a question I had about a vitamin in the container that looked darker than the others. (Seal from inner capsule breaking and combining with other liquids, nothing to worry about) but STILL refunded me for that bottle AND sent a new bottle as reassurance. Really appreciated that.

I love the mint flavor! They are not overpowering- the perfect essence! As far as the vitamin goes- I have been taking them for 3 months and my hair, nails, and overall health has improved! I would definitely recommend!!

Simple and clean. It is a lot to take when you add the other recommended vitamins and I’m nervous if I develop nausea how that will go, but for now it’s been great and the taste of both the mint and citrus are good with me!
