Electrolyte Variety Pack - 30ct

This is the best electrolyte drink mix. I drink 2-3 a day bc my medication makes me sweat really bad and I lose a lot of electrolytes from sweating. it's HOT here on the coast of NC. The sel cris salt is amazing. I love the variety box bc it has all my favorite flavors. I will only buy from Instant Hydration!

Love the taste. But I honestly cannot yet say if it hydrates me; I’ve only consumed two packets. But when I compare it with the Liquid IV that I typically take, I find it has more to offer…100mg magnesium,170mg calcium and 400mg potassium. And 10 calories compared to Liquid IV.

I have been eyeing this electrolyte supplement for some time. I finally bought it. First off, it is delicious. I bought the variety pack. But most importantly, I really did feel more hydrated throughout my day and I did sleep really well. I’m a classical & musical theater stage performer and I run my own performing arts academy. Staying hydrated and managing fatigue is part of my daily routine. Highly recommend.
