After a hard day of work and workouts, Frog Fuel Sleep and recovery helps to settle my body down for the rest I need to push forward the next day. The protein and other vitamins/minerals build/maintain my 75 year-old body to handle 1-2 races a month, including 5K to Marathon distances, OCR, and bi/triathlons.

Let me just say right off, I really like the flavor. But, I was disappointed that there's only 2g of Protein, I really wish it was closer to 6g (like the pre workout) or even better something higher like 10g+ like the power protein. Outside of that, I can't prove it helps me sleep, it might just be a placebo effect, but I think it helps a little bit. Not as much as melatonin does, but I am using it as an alternative.

So far has been excellent, definitely better sleep after using this product compared to many others!
