Cinnamon Roll

Whenever I'm cravingva cinnamon roll but don't want fat and sugar, this is my go-to healthier choice. It's a great post workout protein source until my next meal.

Ive tried two flavors and of the two this is definitely my favorite, just the right balance of sweet and "spicy" cinnamon with a delicious chewy texture

I bought 3 different knds of bars based on a friends recommendation but I was disappointed. I appreciate the high level of protein however the texture of the bars is not for me. I found them to be kind of soft and spongy and there's a lot of that "filling" in the bars so I don't enjoy them.
