On my second bottle. Good energy and started seeing a difference after 1 mon w decent workouts due to age and work

tastes as good as they say. most of the flavor probably comes from the malic acid. i gave 5 stars mostly because this product uses methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin for its vitamin b12. apparently you have to buy 4-6 weeks worth for the carnitine to work properly.

Only tried one just starting blue shark is really good the creatine is good wish it was flavored but it was a gwp so thats ok and the drink that came with was also really good
