Easy way to improve sleep

I’ve noticed it takes much less time for me to fall asleep, so I get more hours of sleep. I don’t have an apple watch so I can’t tell you my sleep score is better, but waking up is easier and my workouts have been great.

Great way to get your proteins!

I found this product right before I had surgery so I thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't able to do my exercises for a week. This helps me get my proteins because I just don't feel like eating a full meal yet. The taste is pretty good. My body responds better to eating more protein over salads. I would recommend this to anyone.

I did notice an improvement in my recovery which has been a big help since I started taking them, I love how quick and easy it is to get a boost of protein and collagen too. Im gonna end up putting a stop to protein shakes and spending money on whatever liquid I’m mixing with or enduring how gross they are when you only mix them with water. I love this product. Had a small issue with the first order but customer service is gold standard and they went above and beyond in the way they helped me out.
