My product came and one or more of the inside packets leaked honey so all the others were sticky. My guess is trying to save on shipping and squeezing it into a small box has a potential to break open one of the inner packets... and id say especially so if warm out and the honey has thinned due to heat. I personnaly deal with sensory and cleanliness issues that impact me and get to feeling upset about the product even before taking it when I reach for it and its all sticky, have to clean/rinse off, etc. Just my .02c
