Great pick me up after a long day of coaching and then hitting leg day when I get home. Clean energy and I don’t need to worry about what time I take it since it has no caffeine.

Loved the flavor and how easy it was to eat during a run. Easy to digest and consume with no issues. Gave me the extra boost that I needed.

I’ve been using these every time I need a boost in the gym and their great, the only thing that’s a slight issue is that some of the packs leak honey.
