200mg Caffeine - Classic - SuperCharged Honey (20-Pack)

Have become a fast fan of RONE! Such a good blast to keep me going. I am training for 2 Ironman 70.3 races, and a marathon, and have put the honey to good use over the last few months. The 200mg of caffeine is a great lift, and there is no discomfort in my gut, I just keep on going. Wish I had gotten with this sooner.

I START OFF MY MORNING WITH A PACKET AND 8 OZ OF WATER... USUALLY TAKE A 2ND PACKET AFTER LUNCH..MID AFTERNOON...I CAN DEFINITELY TELL A DIFFERENCE IN KEEPING ME UP AND RUNNING DURING THE AFTERNOON SLUMP...

I started with the caffeine free honey and end my 24 hr race with the 200mg caffeine honey. Rone definitely gave me the extra energy to Finish. Rone taste great and I can't say enough good things about it.
