True Collagen Protein

I started having digestive issue, which I have never had, when I started taking the True Meal with the True Collagen. I believe it was the MCT oil in the True Meal, but I have stopped both for the next couple of weeks. Once everything is back to normal, I may try a small bit again, to see if the symptoms return. But we'll a have to wait and see.
