I ordered this after having run out of another brand of magnesium. I have loved all of the other supplements I’ve tried from bodyhealth, so decided to give it a try. The taste is good…a little tart, but pleasant. I have taken it before bed several times to help with sleep and recovery. I slept very well, and woke up refreshed and rested. So far, I love this product and will continue to take it!
