Wonderful Product

I have a sensitive and energetically tuned Body and this product works really well for me. I so appreciate the companies care in how they formulate their products.

Sleepy

The first night I used the product, I slept well. However, like most night-time sleep supplements, it does not seem to work consistently. I alternate it with other sleep supplements, and it works fine.

Two on a night im able to take early enough, and one if I get into bed on the later side. One still does the job, but when I have a solid 8 hrs of time to sleep, I like to take two. Love that there is no residual drowsiness in the morning. Once im awake, that's it. Highly recommend.
