Didn’t use the device. I made a mistake during the ordering process and was unable cancel it in time before shipping. Their customer service is non existent and soley rely on bots for their chat system. At this point, I am not confident I will receive my refund. In my opinion stay away from this company.

The band claim they don’t have subscription but if you want the real potential you have to buy subscription . Shipping is bad customer services do not exist. I requested the band to be returned more than a week ago and still no response other than an email promise to get back to me.
