NEW YORK STRIP

Ive tried them all. Like most of them. I love Ny strip. Fat content not as much as the ribeye or brisket, but i find NY Strip has best consistency for me. NY Strip is my go to indulgence but man its getting expensive because one back rarely last more than an hour! Once, i stacked every piece into one pile and devoured it before i knew it!

New York bag might have had a hole in it...

I had ordered 4 bags (2 brisket, 1 ribeye and 1 new york strip), all were great but the New Your strip. It seemed to be much more dry than the others and hard, the fat edges were like hard string for some reason. I am not sure if my bag had a hole and had just dried out or what happened. The other products were great, melt in your mouth, crisp to break apart even at the fat. The New York Strip for the money was just not there for me so I doubt I will buy it again, flavor was still there but I guess I will stick to the other products...

Wife’s favorite

This is her favorite because it satisfies her, and there isn’t a lot of fat. She finds us the best way to increase her protein intake in between meals. She loves the taste and it was her idea to have us subscribe.
