All other brands and types of creatine I’ve ever used have caused me, for some reason unbeknownst to me, to breakout with deep acne within two weeks of regular use. I’ve been taking Gains Instantized Creatine everyday for over three weeks and not a single speck of acne. I don’t know how they manufacture it or what’s done differently and I don’t care. I’m really really happy with this product.

I have tried plenty of other Creatine products before, but the flavor alone has the other beat. I grabbed this one so I can mix it in with my morning coffee or shake. Blend well. I highly recommend as part of your muscle building journey. Take it everyday, I can tell my muscles are loving the attention, they get all the good stuff.
