I have tried a lot of creatine, and this stuff is the best. I have been using instantized creatine and for what ever reason i try something else ( usually for a better price ) but then always come back to instantized creatine because its the best .....waiting patiently for workout candy to come back as well

Lemonade Flavor is spot on. Mixes so there is no chalky residue left over. Not going back to the other stuff. And for some reason this stuff makes me feel more pumped!
