This product is great. Its works well with taking Pre work out and Post Work-Out. My 25 year-old son is now sneaking in my stash because he states it gives him so much energy and he is definitely correct. I understand the value of taking in amino acids each day, as they are a building block for the creation of protein. I need to take in ~ 130 grams daily of protein as I am a 67 y.o. fitness buff! I purchased the Orange flavor and I like it a lot. I also mixed it with my Mixed Berry Perfect Amino and I like that combination. I drink them daily. I drink my electrolytes separate several times a day.
