I have lost over 170 pounds but it has been 20 years that I have been working on myself. Now instead of seeing just a number go up as sometimes happens I can see what is muscle gain. It is a great mental boost for me instead of just one value.

Do not buy this!! Literally does not work. Satbthere for 30 minutes and it failed reading every time. Once it has a failed reading, it tells you that there’s an issue potentially with the connection to wet your feet and hands. I’m not gonna wet my feet and hands every time I wanna take my weight or check myself beyond that I attempted to do that and it still didn’t work. This is probably one of the most frustrating items I’ve ever purchased. I just want to return this. I’m wondering how I can do this because it was a complete waste of money. The other issue with this is that there’s no way of finding out how I can return my item. I have to now do a live chat or figure something else out because there’s no phone number to call. Be extremely weary of dealing with this because I had an issue with my band and even that took over two weeks to figure out kind of regret even getting involved with this

So easy to set up. I have to say this has to be the best purchase I’ve made. Understanding the entire picture of my health and weight loss will be so beneficial for my future health.
