These people aooatently ahve delivered my order to a different address as it is not here. Went outside immediately after getting notification and checked everywhere. When I emailed them right away all i get is automated telling me to look again and in my mailbox. Really? They didnt even bother to look at the order size! Asked them to call and they have not. This is horrific service. Will be cancelling my massive monthly autoship because apparently I am not important enough to receive a proper response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
