Haven't used Yolked consistently due to recent illness. Plan on restarting my training program soon. I'm impressed with the ratings on this product. Just wondering if it will help someone pushing 85 yrs. old. Can't hurt though.

Blending Well

So far the mix has been blending well with my drinks and not negatively affecting the flavor. More time is needed to determine the impact on overall health.

Well, I can’t see him seeing results for sure yet it’s only been a short time but, the stuff is delicious. I was apprehensive about just eating it from the package like they suggest as an option but God I can eat that all day and be happy lol gonna give a time and see how my results come out. So far I love it.
